Medscape did a survey amongst the physicians regarding their income, level of satisfaction and the nature of their practice. The sample size is large and comes up with some extremely interesting results. At the bottom of both income and satisfaction list was primary care. While cardiology was top of the medical specialities for income, dermatology was on top for satisfaction.
